WPMS No. 1593 of 2023 Hon’ble Alok Kumar Verma, J.
Against the judgment and decree dated 09.08.2016, passed by learned Judge, Small Cause Court / Senior Civil Judge, Rishikesh, District Dehradun, a revision was preferred. Learned VIIIth Additional District Judge, Dehradun has dismissed the revision (No. 36 of 2016) on 12.01.2023. Hence, the present writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
2. Heard Mr. Siddhartha Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Piyush Garg, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 and respondent nos. 2/1 to 2/5 on the Withdrawal Application (IA No. 2 of 2026).
3. Withdrawal Application (IA No. 2 of 2026) has not been opposed by the respondents.
4. Mr. Siddhartha Singh, Advocate, submitted that the petitioners have acknowledged and admitted the right, title, interest and ownership of the respondents over the property-in-question.
The petitioners have handed over vacant and peaceful possession of the property-in- question to the respondents. All accounts have been settled and nothing is due as against each other. All grievances stand

5. Mr. Siddhartha Singh, Advocate, submitted that the petitioners are not willing to proceed with further action in the writ petition.
6. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition (WPMS No. 1593 of 2023) is dismissed as withdrawn.
