The operation of the show cause notice dated 11.11.2024 in No.AR39/DDS/Anarhathe/59/2024-25 at Annexure-C and show cause notice dated 8.11.2024 in No.AR39/DDS/Anarhathe/58/2024-24 at Annexure-E are stayed till next date of hearing. 3. Process fee and copies to be furnished by the end of the day tomorrow, i.e 22.11.2024, failing which the interim order above granted shall stand automatically vacated. 4. Hand delivery ordered." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners are having an alternative and efficacious remedy before the appellate authority and they intend to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to approach the appellate authority in the manner known to law. His submission is placed on record. 4. For the aforementioned reasons, the writ petition is hereby dismissed reserving the liberty to the petitioners to approach the appellate authority in the manner known to law.
