1. Learned counsel for respondents No. 1 to 5 submits that the order of appointment passed in favour of the petitioner has been revoked on 12/03/2020 (Annexure A/3) to which learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be granted the liberty to question the said order in accordance with law.
2. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, it appears that this writ petition has become infructuous as no cause of action survives, however, petitioner is at liberty to question the aforesaid order in accordance with law.
