1. Petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before the appellate Tribunal.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the petitioner is working at Saudi Arabia but due to the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the petitioner is not in a position to proceed with the Saudi Arabia to meet her husband. He further submits that the petitioner being aggrieved with the deletion of the name from the voter list, the petitioner has preferred an appeal and the appeal is pending and prays for a direction upon the appellate Tribunal to dispose of the appeal as early as possible.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
4. WPA 18432 of 2026 is disposed of.
