JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER This Court vide order dated 30.04.2026 suspended the sentence of the petitioner, subject to depositing 50% of the fine amount, including the fine amount already deposited within a period of four weeks. 2. This Court also received the records and the amount is not deposited before the Trial Court within four weeks and also no representation on behalf of the petitioner before this Court. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent also submits that conditional order passed by this Court is not complied with. 4.
