JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this court seeking the following relief: "WHEREFORE, under the circumstances, the Petitioner respectfully prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to a) To call for the entire records in Crime No.77/2026 dated 10.02.2026 filed by the Respondent-Varthur Police on the file of found at Hon'ble Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bengaluru Rural at Bangalore for the offence under section 318(3) and 318(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Bangalore b) To quash the FIR initiated by the Respondent-Varthur Police Station, Bengaluru against the Petitioner in FIR No.77/2026, dated 10.02.2026 registered on the file of fourt of Hon'ble Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bengaluru Rural at Bangalore for the offence enunder section 318(3) and 318(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at "ANNEXURE-B". During the subsistence of the subject proceedings, the parties to the lis have settled the dispute among themselves and filed a joint memo of settlement along with an affidavit of both the parites. The joint memo reads as follows: JOINT MEMO OF SETTLEMENT "1. That, the captioned petition was filed by Petitioner company inter alia seeking quashing of Impugned FIR No. 77/ 2026 dated 10.02.2026 registered by Varthur Police Station (Respondent No. 1) under Sections 318 (3) and 318 (4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. That, Petitioner and Respondent No. 2 have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 16 July 2026, willingly and without coercion ("Settlement Agreement"). A true copy of the duly executed Settlement Agreement dated 16 July 2026 along with affidavits of authorized representatives of the Petitioner and Respondent No. 2 are being filed before this Hon'ble Court along with this Joint Memo of Settlement. WHEREFORE, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to take this Memo on record and allow Criminal Petition No. 10435 / 2026 and quash FIR bearing No. 0077/2026 before Varthur Police Station and all proceedings pursuant thereto, in the interest of justice and equity." 3.
