The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to grant the benefits of revision of pay scale for the period from 01.01.2006 to 31.10.2011 and the arrears of salary. 5 2. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for both the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the similar issue as involved in the present writ petition has already been considered and decided by this Court vide order dated 03.08.2026 passed in WPS No. 5794 of 2026 (Pradeep Chaturvedi & Ors. vs. State of CG & Ors.). 3. Learned counsel for both the parties would further submit that since the facts and issue involved in the present case is identical to that of WPS No. 5794 of 2026, this petition may also be decided in the same terms. 4. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and having gone through the materials available on record, it is evident that the facts and issue involved in this petition is identical to WPS No. 5794 of 2026, this Court deems it appropriate not to take a view other than what has been taken in the aforesaid writ petitions. 5.
