Memo reads as under: "It is submitted that the trial court convicted the petitioner for payment of Rs.14,05,000/-. The appellate court confirmed the said conviction. As per order of this Hon'ble Court, the petitioner remitted an amount of Rs.7,00,000/- on 23.01.2023. a such this Hon'ble Court may permit the petitioner to pay the balance amount of Rs.7,05,000/- within 6 months in the interest of justice and equity." 2.
