Heard learned counsels for the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the police visited the house of the petitioners on false information that narcotic substance was stored therein. No narcotic substance was found in their house. They have been falsely implicated. The police was neither resisted nor assaulted.
Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record. Allegation against the petitioners is that they resisted and assaulted the police when they went to their house on
2 the basis of an information that narcotic substance was stored therein. Considering the nature of the offence, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The application being C.R.M. (A) 46 of 2026 is
disposed of. Case Diary be returned. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
