1. Heard Sri Syed Irfan Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ashish Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 3.
2. Instant writ petition has been filed on behalf of the present petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent no. 3 to consider the claim of the petitioner, as raised through the representation dated 8.12.2025 and to provide an appointment, as per his qualification, on the compensate ground.
3. After due deliberation at length, learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed to dismiss instant writ petition as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with better particulars and details of the case.
4. Learned Counsel for the respondents has no objection to the prayer as made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. As such, instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
