1. Petitioners have filed the present writ application praying for expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before the appellate Tribunal.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 2 is the NEET aspirant candidate but due to the deletion of the name of the petitioners from the voter list, the authorities are not considering the request of the petitioner no. 2 for admission in the medical college. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are already preferred an appeal before the appellate Authority and prayed for a direction upon the appellate Tribunal for disposal of the appeal as early as possible.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal as early as possible preferably
2 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of this order.
4. WPA 19611 of 2026 is disposed of.
5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
