The contention of the petitioner is that he is the devotee of the temple and a legal heir of the original owner of the property. According to the petitioner, a portion of the property was donated to the temple and the temple was created by the forefathers of the petitioner. It is further stated that the petitioner is presently maintaining the temple. 3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2026, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the rival claimants, if any and thereafter, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
