JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER Petitioner filed this writ petition seeking mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 20.08.2025 vide Annexure-S wherein the petitioner requested the respondents to release and pay Time bound Allowances of 25 and 30 years, releasing of all the increments due and re-fixation of Pension payable to the petitioner and pay the same in terms of the judgment dated 11.10.2012 passed in W.A.No. 1411/2012. 2.
