Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that all the accused persons are innocent and they have been falsely implicated into this case though they are not involved in the alleged offence. He prays for anticipatory bail on any terms and conditions. 2. Learned Advocate appearing for the State produces the case diary and memo of evidence and has placed reliance on the statements recorded under Sections 180 and 183 of the BNSS, 2023 and injury reports of the injured persons. He opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 3. Having heard the submission of the respective parties and on perusal of the case diary including the statements recorded under Sections 180 and 183 and injury report, this 2 Court finds they suffered gunshot injuries. In view of the nature of injuries and the statements of the injured persons, this Court does not find any sufficient reason to allow their prayer for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. 4. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM(A) 1988 of 2026 is, thus, rejected. 5. All concerned parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 6. Concerned Department is directed to supply urgent certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities. (Ajay Kumar Gupta, J.)
