Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the Respondent Authorities to forthwith confirm the seat allotment to the Petitioner in the 4 Year Bachelor of Science (Physics) programme at the Respondent No.2 Institute for the academic year 2026-27 in terms of the Provisional Seat Allotment Letter dated 21.07.2026 vide Annexure-F, and to permit the Petitioner to continue and complete the said course, in the interest of justice and equity. II. Grant such reliefs as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the case at hand in the interest of justice and equity.” 2.
