In filing this CRLMC, the Petitioner seeks for a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party No.1/Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Athagarh to dispose of the CrlMC No.18 of 2025 pending before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Athagarh. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has approached the Opposite Party No.1 for initiating the proceeding under Section 152 of BNSS for forcible obstruction of entry and exit road of the Petitioner which has been registered as Criminal Misc. In such view of the matter and considering the submission made, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.1/Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Athagarh to dispose of the CrlMC No.18 of 2025 taking assistance of the Opposite Party No.2/IIC, Khuntuni P.S. within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 6.
