Bhattacharya, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. N.K. Kalita, learned counsel for the respondent. 2. In this petition, under Section 24 of the CPC, the petitioner has prayed for transferring T.S. (M) Case No. 1/2025, filed by the respondent, under Section Page No.# 2/3 13(1)(i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, pending before the Court of learned District Judge, Baksa, Mushalpur to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court No. 1, Kamrup(M), Guwahati. 3. Mr. Bhattacharya, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the wife of the respondent and presently, she is residing with her mother at Guwahati, and that the respondent had instituted T.S. (M) Case No. 1/2025, before the Court of learned District Judge, Baksa, Mushalpur. Mr. Bhattacharya also submits that the petitioner herein had instituted another proceeding being F.C. (Criminal) No. 121/2025, under Section 125 Cr.P.C. before the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court No. 1, Kamrup(M), Guwahati, and in the said proceeding also, the respondent herein has entered appearance and contesting the same, and as such, the proceeding of T.S. (M) Case No. 1/2025, pending before the Court of learned District Judge, Baksa, Mushalpur may be transferred to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court No. 1, Kamrup(M), Guwahati, so as to try both the proceedings together. 4. Mr. Kalita, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection in the event of transferring the aforementioned proceeding from the Court of learned District Judge, Baksa, Mushalpur to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court No. 1, Kamrup(M), Guwahati. 5. Accordingly, taking note of the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties, and also considering the convenience of the petitioner, this transfer petition stands allowed. T.S. (M) Case No. 1/2025, pending before the Court of learned District Judge, Baksa, Mushalpur stands transferred to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court No. 1, Kamrup(M), Guwahati. 6. The petitioner shall obtain a certified copy of this order and place the Page No.# 3/3 same before the Court of learned District Judge, Baksa, Mushalpur and on receipt of the same, the learned District Judge, Baksa, Mushalpur shall take necessary steps for transmitting the case record to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court No. 1, Kamrup(M), Guwahati. 7. In terms of above, this transfer petition stands disposed of. 8. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
