2. This petition is filed seeking following reliefs:

(i) Issue a writ of certiorari or any order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order / intimation letter dated 10.06.2024 passed by the 4th respondent at Annexure-L;
(ii) Pass any such order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the case, including an
order as to cost of this petition.
3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several
contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the papers with care.
4. Suffice it to note that the authorized officer of the bank had issued a intimation letter to the petitioner. The petitioner instead of submitting a reply, has hurriedly approached this Court. Therefore, there is no need to exercise discretionary powers and quash the intimation letter. The writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a reply to the intimation letter at

Annexure-L. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
