1. The instant petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR No.698/2018, registered with Police Station Kardhani, District Jaipur (West) for the offences punishable under Sections 420 & 406 IPC, on the basis of compromise between the parties.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties is personal in nature and that during the pendency of the instant petition, the parties have settled their dispute amicably by entering into a compromise, so the impugned FIR be quashed on the basis of the aforesaid compromise.

It appears that during the course of investigation, when the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing the instant petition, the parties have settled their dispute amicably by entering into a compromise, as mentioned hereinabove, the parties are directed to appear before the Investigating Officer who can verify the factum of compromise being arrived at between the parties and submit the conclusion report accordingly, before the Concerned Court.
4. In case any grievance still survives with the petitioner, he shall be at liberty to move an application for revival of the instant petition and for recall of this order
5. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant petition stands disposed of in terms of the alleged compromise between the parties. However, the Investigating Officer is at liberty to submit the conclusion report before the Competent Court after verifying the factum of compromise arrived at between the parties. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
