Petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused namely, Rinku Sk. who has been granted bail on 21.07.2026 in CRM (NDPS) 1501 of 2026. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Records reflect that petitioner is similarly situated as the other accused person. Accordingly, petitioner be released on bail on same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Rinku Sk. in CRM (NDPS) 1501 of 2026. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1507 of 2026 is allowed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
