This Court, vide order dated 13.04.2026 passed in CRR No. 490 of 2026, while disposing of the revision petition of the applicant, namely, Rajesh Chelani, had expressed its trust that the Family Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the proceedings expeditiously in KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of passing of order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur District- Raipur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 21.07.2026 has requested for grant of three month’s time for concluding the proceedings. 4. It transpires from the perusal of the P.U.D. that the applicant is presently residing in Canada owing to her daughter's pregnancy and has informed the Family Court concerned that he would return in the month of August. On account of the temporary absence of the applicant, the matter could not proceed for recording of his evidence and consequently, could not be disposed of within the stipulated period. Accordingly, the learned Family Court concerned has sought extension of time for concluding the proceedings and Bnal disposal of the case. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned Family Court is directed to conclude the proceedings as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed o5 with the aforesaid direction. 7.
