1. By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs : 10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to
directed the respondent no. 1 to 4 to call relevant records, pertaining to the instant matter. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 1 to 4 to remove the encroachment done by respondent no. 5 to 9 on government land i.e. part 0.947 H. of Government land 2094/1 A, at village Girodpuri, P.H.no. 32. 10.3 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to restrain the respondent no. 5 and 9 from further building/construction on government land i.e. part 0.947 H. of Government land 2094/1.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that a reply has already been filed in this case, in which, it has been categorically stated that the State has complied with the reliefs prayed for by the petitioner and a notice has been issued to the encroacher in accordance with law. As such, this petition has
3 become infructuous.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the State, this Court observes that the reliefs prayed for by the petitioner have been duly complied with by the authorities concerned. Consequently, no further proceedings are required in this matter.
4. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the Petition is finally
