Heard learned counsel Sri.V.Gangadhar for petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate Sri.V.Shivareddy for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Perused the entire writ petition papers. 4. The petitioner is the legal heir of the deceased Government servant Kum.Anitha.G., who was working as Lecturer at Government Pre-University College, Konaghatta, Doddaballapura Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District. The deceased Government employee had taken treatment and had spent a sum of Rs.3,51,514/- towards medical expenses. However, vide impugned endorsement dated 31.01.2024, the respondents have rejected the medical reimbursement application filed by the petitioner and only granted Rs.50,067/- reimbursement as against Rs.3,51,514/- sought by the petitioner. - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010253802026 NC: 2026:KHC:41837-DB WP No. 11270 of 2026 5. Questioning the impugned endorsement dated 31.01.2024, the petitioner was before the Tribunal. The Tribunal taking note of the entire facts, directed the respondents to consider the certificate submitted by the petitioner vide letter dated 27.10.2025 and release the admissible reimbursement amount under the medical claim. 6. While issuing the above direction, the Tribunal has noted that the petitioner was directed to produce the notarized certificate in terms of Suvarna Arogya Suraksha, Bengaluru Scheme before the concerned Trust, in terms of Government order dated 13.09.2019. It is also noted that the petitioner has reportedly complied with the same as per memo dated 30.10.2025. Therefore, taking note of the same, the Tribunal has rightly directed to consider the certificate submitted by the petitioner vide letter dated 27.10.2025 and to release the admissible reimbursement amount under medical claim. - 5 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010253802026 NC: 2026:KHC:41837-DB WP No. 11270 of 2026 7.
