This is the 3rd bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the Applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.360/2024 registered at Police Station – Torwa, District Bilaspur (C.G.), for the offences under Sections SISTLA NEELIMA VISHNU PRIYA Digitally signed by SISTLA NEELIMA VISHNU PRIYA Date: 2026.08.20 17:39:58 +0530

2. None appears nor any representation is made on behalf of the Applicant to press this bail application when the case is called out.
3. It appears that the present bail application filed by learned Counsel for the Applicant suffers from certain defects, including deficiency in the affidavit, as pointed out by the Registry of this Court and learned Counsel for the Applicant has not taken steps to cure the said defects in accordance with the Rules, despite the defects having been pointed out by the Registry.
4. In view of above, the present bail application is dismissed on this ground alone, with liberty to file a fresh bail application.
