Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the victim has not supported the case of the prosecution in her evidence before the learned trial Court and on the point of age, she would submit that the mother of the victim has not been able to establish the age of the victim that it is below 18 years. 3. However, the age of the victim has not be proved by the learned trial Court till today. 4.
