Following reliefs have been prayed in this petition:- “10.1 That, Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other suitable writ, order, or direction directing Respondent No. 2 (Collector, District Bijapur) to consider and decide the representation/complaint (Annexure P-1) filed by the Petitioner within a time- VISHAKHA BEOHAR Digitally signed by VISHAKHA BEOHAR 2 bound period after affording an opportunity of hearing to all affected parties. 10.2 That, Issue a Writ, Order, or Direction commanding Respondent No. 2 to initiate an inquiry under the relevant provisions of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959, correct the fraudulent entries in the Adhikar Abhilekh (Annexure P-1), and restore the Abadi land (Khasra No. 968) to its original status. 10.3 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate representation before the competent authority. 3. In view of the submission made, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to submit an appropriate representation before the competent authority. 4. In the event the petitioner submits such representation within a period of 10 days from today, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 45 days thereafter. 5.
