Ms. Sudipa Banerjee …for the State. 1. The affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record. 2. Petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before the appellate Tribunal. 3. The petitioner had preferred an appeal against the deletion of his name from the voter list before the appellate Tribunal on March 29, 2026. The Tribunal has excluded from e-roll on June 3, 2026. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not get an opportunity of hearing and to produce document before the Tribunal and as such the Tribunal has excluded the name of the petitioner from e- roll. He prays for a direction upon the Tribunal for restoration of the appeal and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the appellate Tribunal is requested to restore the appeal of the petitioner dated March 29, 2026 2 and to dispose of the same as early as possible within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 6. WPA 16162 of 2026 is disposed of. 7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
