By filing this writ petitioner, mainly the petitioner prays for quashing the order dated 28.01.2026 passed in Land Encroachment Case No.01 of 2025-26. 3. Since the order has been passed under Section 6 of the Bihar / Jharkhand Public Land Encroachment Act, which is appealable under Section 11 of the said Act and without filing the appeal the petitioner has approached this court, as such, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to file appeal before appropriate forum.
