Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. Learned advocate appearing for the State has produced the medical documents wherein the injured has specifically named the petitioner and another. Having considered the injury, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in CRM (A) 1921 of 2026 is dismissed.
