Mr. Sanjib Das … for the State-respondent(s) Leaned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for one year eight months and the petitioner is a labour, as such, he has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. Learned advocate also submits that some of the witnesses have been examined but till date the complicity of the present petitioner did not surface. Learned advocate for the State on the other hand opposes the prayer for bail. I have taken into account the huge amount of money which has been involved in a cyber scam. The amount prima facie reflects involvement of Rs. 350 crore. 2 Having considered the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM (M) 1014 of 2026 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
