Ms. Varsha Ramsisaria, learned counsel on instruction of Mr. Manish Mishra, who is Advocate on record, submits that the petitioner has left for his heavenly abode. She also submits that despite of her best efforts, family members of the petitioner could not be contacted. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the Jharkhand State Information Commission and the State of Jharkhand submit that the matter can be disposed of as the petitioner has left for his heavenly abode. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the legal heirs and successors of the petitioner, if the cause of action still survives and they are willing to challenge the subject matter of the present writ petition, they may do so by filing a fresh writ petition.
