Kindly pass appropriate order(s) and direct the respondents to quash the impugned notification and further conduct offline examinations at par with the standards that respective disciplines (courses) require. 2. Any other relief/direction that the Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case. 3. On 24.6.2022, the following order was passed by this Court : “Counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to convert this petition from WP(C) to WPPIL and he be permitted to take necessary steps in this regard. As prayed for by the counsel for the petitioner, let the matter be placed before the Registrar Judicial where the petitioner may be permitted to take necessary steps in converting the petition into WPPIL instead of WPC” 3 4. Today, when the matter was called out, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 5.
