Das, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. D.P. Goswami, learned Addl. P.P appearing for the State. This is an application filed under section 482 of BNSS praying for granting pre- arrest bail to the accused/petitioner namely, Shanti Sharma, Bijoya Acharjee @ Dashami and Dilip Lashkar, in connection with Dispur P.S Case No. 530/2025 u/s 109(1)/238/296/305(a)/329(4)/351(2)/69/78(2)/89 of BNS 2023. We have gone through the contents of the FIR and have also seen the order dated 27.08.2025 passed in B.A No.2585/2025. The allegation against the petitioner herein is that they had co-operated with the applicant in B.A No. 2585/2025 when the informant had been allegedly put to harassment by the applicant in B.A No. 2585/2025. On perusal of the FIR and also the order passed in B.A No. 2585/2025, this Court deem fit that the petitioners named above in connection with the aforesaid case are not required for custodial interrogation in the case. Accordingly, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners, they shall be released on a bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- each with one surety to the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Page No.# 3/3 arresting authority.
