The petitioners’ land situated in Village Rahimpur, Tehsil and District Palwal was acquired for widening NH-334D. The competent authority vide awarded dated 30.05.2025 determined compensation of the acquired land. The competent authority by impugned order has referred the matter to District Court for adjudication of question of apportionment.
