Jagadeesha, learned SPP-I appearing for respondent No.1 and have perused the material on record. 2. The petitioner is before the Court calling into question the registration of a crime in Crime No.211/2026 for the offences punishable under Section 64, 351(2) and 352 of the BNS, 2023. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the incident has taken place in Ooty when the complainant and the petitioner had travelled to Ooty. 4. Learned SPP would submit that they would not raise the question of jurisdiction, as the complainant is a resident of Bangalore and had travelled with the petitioner from Bangalore to Ooty. 6. In the light of the said submission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition and pursue the remedy for bail and approach this Court in the event of need in future.
