After some arguments and on instruction, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw both these writ petitions with liberty to move before the Civil Court having the jurisdiction in the light of observation made by the revisional authority. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-State and respondent nos. 5 to 10 have got no objection. 4. In view of above, both these writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to move before the Civil Court having the jurisdiction. The withdrawal of these writ petitions will not prejudice the case of either of the parties and if any suit is being instituted the same will be decided in accordance with law without prejudice to this order as well as order of the revenue authority. 5.
