CRM stands disposed of. CRM-28322-2026 I. This is an application filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for seeking withdrawal of the main case, i.e., CRM-M-34063-2026. II. It has been averred in the application that as per the information gathered by learned counsel, applicant-petitioner wants file application for regular bail before the trial Court. Hence, he does not want to pursue present petition. III. Notice of this application.
