This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to permit the vehicles carrying sand from the State of Odisha into the State of Andhra Pradesh, which are having valid permits and tax bills. 2. No representation on behalf of the Writ Petitioner. 3. Since this Writ Petition is of the year 2013 and in view of subsequent changes that have taken place in the sand policy, keeping this writ petition pending, no purpose would be served. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. 5.
