By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the order of termination dated 24.12.2025 (Annexure P-4) passed by respondent No.4, whereby the petitioner has been terminated from the post of Rojgar Sahayak. It is submitted that against the JYOTI SHARMA Digitally signed by JYOTI SHARMA Date: 2026.08.12 10:34:34 +0530 2 said order, the petitioner has already preferred an appeal before the Collector, who is the competent appellate authority, on 21.01.2026. However, the said appeal is still pending consideration. 2. Learned State counsel submits that the present writ petition is not maintainable in view of the availability of an alternative statutory remedy, which has already been availed by the petitioner by filing an appeal against the impugned order. He further submits that the said appeal is pending consideration and, the same shall be decided within a period of 45 days. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 4. In view of the submission made by learned State counsel, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to consider and decide the pending appeal/representation preferred by the petitioner (Annexure P-6), within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
