Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused in this case were granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Court on 09.09.2022. Thereafter, they surrendered before the jurisdictional court and were granted bail. The petitioners had been regularly attending the court. The petitioners thereafter could not attend the Court on three dates due to some exigent circumstances. Warrant of arrest was issued against them. They filed a put up petition for surrendering, but not pressed the same on 17.02.2026. However, the petitioners want to join the proceeding at the earliest. Heard learned counsel for the State. It appears that the petitioners had been attending the jurisdictional court regularly. However, they were absent on a 2 few occasions before the court and warrant of arrest was issued. They now seek to join the proceeding at the earliest. Considering the above and in the interest of justice, warrant of arrest has been issued against the petitioners shall remain stayed for a period of four weeks from this date. The petitioners shall surrender before the jurisdictional court within such period of four weeks and pray for bail, which shall then be considered in accordance with law. With these observations and directions, the revisional application is disposed of.
