At this stage, Court finds that this writ petition can be disposed of with an observation that in case petitioner moves a fresh representation mentioning all relevant facts and documents to ventilate his grievance for his payment of pension, etc, the same will be considered by concerned respondent in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within eight weeks.
