Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010529702026 NC: 2026:KHC:41747 WP No. 24123 of 2026 " (a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing Respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider and dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2026 (Annexure-A), and to communicate the decision so taken to the Petitioner; (b) Grant such other and further relief(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice." 3. The grievance of the petitioner was despite respondent No.4 having issued a Hakku Patra on 01.02.2022 in respect of site bearing No.150, the respondents have failed and neglected to consider the petitioner's representation. The grievance of the petitioner now is that, the representation of the petitioner is to be considered and his objections as regard the acquisition of the very same land has not been considered. 4. In that view of the matter, this Court passes the following: ORDER i) The Writ Petition is allowed. ii) A writ of mandamus is issued directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider and dispose - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010529702026 NC: 2026:KHC:41747 WP No. 24123 of 2026 of the petitioner's application dated 13.07.2026 at Annexure-A within a period of thirty(30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. iii) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the entitlement of the petitioner. The same would have to be dealt with by the respondents in accordance with law. iv) Until orders are passed in respect of the said representation, respondents are restrained from taking any coercive steps against the petitioner.
