It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that the Tahasildar is proceeding against him for eviction without granting any opportunity of hearing. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Tahasildar, Barapali (O.P.No.4) to grant due opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
