Page No.# 2/2 This interlocutory application in the accompanying contempt case being Cont.Cas(C) No.473/2025 seeking liberty to withdraw the vakalatnama from the said contempt case. It is submitted by the learned counsel that they have already intimated the petitioner in the contempt case intimating the decision to withdraw their vakalatnama by a communication dated 17.03.2026, which sent was by Registered Post with A/D, a copy of the same is enclosed in the interlocutory application. Under such circumstances, this Court is of the view that the prayer made in the interlocutory application is allowed without issuing notice at this stage. Accordingly, this interlocutory application stands allowed and the applicant will file a copy of this order passed today in this interlocutory application and the copy of the application seeking withdrawal of vakalatnama before the Registry.
