Rahman, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions has submitted that there is an inadvertent mistake in the cause title of this interlocutory application owing to omission to implead the prospective parties, who are to be impleaded as respondents No. 7 and 8. Accordingly, a prayer is made by learned counsel for the applicant to withdraw this interlocutory application with a liberty to the applicant to approach again for impleading the prospective parties 3.
