In the said report, it is stated that though there was a complaint received from Smt. Radhamma, the said complaint was not assigned by DCRE Head Office for inquiry to any officer so far. Therefore, it is apparent that without any complaint, the Investigation Officer had summoned the petitioners in the present case to the Police Station on multiple dates. 3. Learned HCGP, on instructions, has made a submission that police have no intention to arrest the petitioners in the present case. 4. The aforesaid submission is placed on record.
