ORAL ORDER
1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. The petitioner in this Writ Petition is assailing the order dated 14.11.2022 (Annexure-A) passed by respondent No.2.
3. Smt. B.P. Radha, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3, raised preliminary objection, that the petitioner is having efficacious remedy under Section 136(3) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964.
4. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, petitioner is relegated to approach the revisional jurisdiction accordingly.
5. It is made clear that the time spent by the petitioner in this Writ Petition shall be condoned in terms of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, in the event petitioner approaches the revisional jurisdiction within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
