1. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for a direction to the respondents to conduct re-counseling for the petitioner for the post of Assistant Programmer.
2. In the reply filed by the State, a document (Annexure-R/5) has been annexed. Perusal of the said document would show that re- counseling for the post of Assistant Programmer has already been conducted on 31.5.2019 in which the petitioner has already appeared as Unreserved Category, as her name is mentioned at Sr. No.8. Therefore, the relief sought has already been considered and granted.
3. In that view of the matter, it appears that the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. It is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
