1. Heard Mr.Yogendra Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Ms.Anmol Sharma, learned Central Government Counsel for respondent No.1 and Mr.Praveen Das, learned Additional Advocate General for respondents No.2 to 4/State. 2. The present writ petition (PIL) has been filed by the petitioners with following reliefs:-
“10.1 The Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ/writs, order/orders and direct the respondent authorities to take immediate action and restore the land to its original position and record the same as Forest land in the land records. 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass any further orders, as it may deem fit, in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

Learned Additional Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents No. 2 to 4/State submits that the enquiry has been completed by the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Pendra, and that the final orders are yet to be passed. It is further submitted that, in the event the petitioners are aggrieved by the orders to be passed, they shall be at liberty to avail of the appropriate remedy available
3 to them under law. 4.
Considering the aforesaid submission, no further adjudication is called for in the present writ petition. Accordingly, reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to challenge the final orders, if so advised and if aggrieved, in accordance with law, the present writ petition (PIL) stands disposed of.
