Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the bail application MCRC No. 1081 of 2026 was moved on behalf of the applicant and the same was allowed by this Court on 02.02.2026, but the name of the order has wrongly been typed as “Dashrath” instead of “Dinesh Kodaku” and the same needs to be corrected accordingly. 3. From perusal of the order sought to be modified, it appears that there PREETI KUMARI Digitally signed by PREETI KUMARI Date: 2026.02.06 17:36:30 +0530 2 are certain mistakes crept in para 07 of the said order, which needs to be modified, hence para 07 of the order dated 02.02.2026 passed in MCRC No. 1081/2026 be modified and reads as under: “7. Let applicant – Dinesh Kodaku, involved in Crime No. (PRO No.) 16428/15, registered at Police Station Forest Ranger Officer, Arjuni, Forest Division, Dist.- Balodabazar-Bhatapara (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 9 read with Sections 2(16)(a), 2(16)(b), 2(16)(c), 39, 50, 51 and 52 of Wild Animal Life Protection Act, 1972, be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like sum to the satisfaction of the Court concerned with the following conditions:- ” 4.
